Some thought people with intellectual development disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions could not use CommonGround to amplify their voice and get the treatment that was right for them.

Kristine Vuocolo (from Human Services, Inc.) didn't let a label eclipse her conviction that folks with autism and other developmental disabilities could benefit from CommonGround. She looked past the label, to the person. Not surprisingly she found that folks found ingenious ways to use CommonGround and all of its self-care resources.
