In the wake of recent mass shootings,  I offer this 5-min video reflection on recovery and nonviolence. 

UPDATE: I originally wrote this blog and posted this video after the Sandy Hook mass shooting in 2012. Sadly, the words ring as true today following the Parkland High School shooting as they did in 2012. We stand in solidarity with the young folks all over the country who are calling for gun control.
