Why I Created CommonGround - Part 5 of 5

In this final excerpt, I make the point that leadership is a practice, not a position.  Leadership makes all the difference in the success of implementing new, disruptive innovations like CommonGround.  CommonGround is in 50 sites around the United States today with over 15,000 users.  In many respects, I am no longer creating CommonGround.  WE are creating CommonGround. CommonGround has grown into a vibrant community of recovery champions and committed leaders.  We are raising the standard of care in behavioral health!
