I’ve been working in community-based organizations for over thirty years, from working in residential services as a counselor and supervisor, to being Clinical Director for a range of psychosocial rehabilitation services. I am a teacher at heart, and very much enjoy training staff in my capacity as Director of Training at California Association of Social Rehabilitation Agencies (CASRA).

Personal Medicine makes sense to me. We are all unique. Medication is a tool, not the only thing that’s available. So for me, I believe in the power of tapping into your own healing system, discovering what works for you and getting the support you need to be your best self.
