Drawing upon nearly forty years of my own lived recovery experience to support my peers, I am currently an Adult Outpatient Peer Support Counselor with Comprehensive Healthcare in Walla Walla, WA. I am a DBSA Certified Peer Specialist (2007), a Washington State Certified Peer Counselor (2008), a Copeland Center Certified WRAP Facilitator (2015), and a graduate of Pat Deegan’s CommonGround Academy on Adult Mental Health Recovery for Peer Supporters (2017).
As a member of the January 2021 cohort I am deeply honored to be the first Certified Personal Medicine Coach in Washington state. I have a passion for strengths-based, trauma-informed Peer Support and helping others discover and connect with what they know will help them experience greater levels of wellness, happiness, and joy in their lives. I believe recovery is a reality for everyone, and I became a CPMC because it's my greatest joy to align with my peers as I encourage them to pursue their goals and dreams.
