My name is Monique M. McPherson. I am the Associate for the Office of Individual and Family Affairs (OIFA) of the Fairfax Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB). Prior to this current position, I have been a long time Peer Support Specialist for the Fairfax Falls Church CSB and other areas in Northern Virginia.

I am an Advanced Level WRAP Facilitator (ALWF), Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS), PRS trainer and have several other peer support related certifications under my belt. I also hold a BFA in Visual Arts.

I was born in Brooklyn, New York but have resided in Northern Virginia for many years now.

I became a Certified Personal Medicine Coach as I am passionate about serving individuals from all walks of life. I want individuals to be able to empower themselves and go on a journey of recovery in ways that they see fit. I feel that Personal Medicine Coaching is another awesome tool to accomplish that!
