Hi all.  Rochelle Reimert here.  I am proud to say that I have been working in community mental health services since 1992.  Most of those years have been spent with Salisbury Behavioral Health, since 95.  I have been blessed to work in different areas of the organization and this has fostered my growth.  In 2007, I was able to pass the CPRP exam, despite much anxiety and became the program director of the REC in 2008.  I left for a blip to finish my degree and returned a little over a year ago and can say it feels like home.

I am grateful to be married to my wife of 11 years and be the daughter of a wonderful and patient woman, both of whom who are diagnosed with mental health disorders.  The three of us are quite "hoot" at times and can also be a "hot mess".   But it is also the three of us, as family, that supports my overall recovery and wellness.

Why did I become a CPMC? I feel that we are at a very important place in our services including what and how we can offer support. Individuals are seeking answers, reasons, fixes, you name it.  I want to be able to provide them with the tools they need to navigate what comes next. To help them realize they have a voice, they are resilient, and anything is possible.
