Contact Me| I cited a paper Pat wrote early in her career about the power of listening to the lived experience for an assignment in one of my psychology classes at university in the 90's and those words guided my clinical social work practice from there on out. After surviving not only my mental health challenges but also a traumatic brain injury, I now practice totally as a peer practitioner in community mental health. Personal Medicine brought me back from the brink and I'm extremely passionate about walking beside the individuals I support so they can tune into their inner healer and fervor. It's glorious that mental health practices are now genuinely valuing those with lived experience, and I'm here to keep pushing that message to the highest levels. |
