I am a Statewide IPS Trainer at the Oregon Supported Employment Center for Excellence (OSECE). Since 2012, I have worked in a variety of roles in Supported Employment, as well as a year as a Case Manager for folks who experience barriers to living due to their mental health. I have an BA in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University. I am currently working on a Masters of Professional Studies in Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology at George Mason University. Supporting people in their journeys to living a full, independent life is very important to me. I enjoy helping people discover their passion and joy, which is what draws me to Personal Medicine. Some Personal Medicines I practice are gardening/plants, cross stitch, walking, and spending time with friends. These are things I do that bolster my mental health and help me stay well. We all know ourselves better than anyone else and have the power to pursue our individual recovery. Sometimes we just need guidance on listening to our unique inner wisdom.
