When Lily is not working as a Peer Specialist you can find her preforming with her American Old Time/ Folky band/duo: Hey Bub. Lily finds the connection between mental health, recreational substance use, and musical communities to be a huge part of her recovery journey. To clarify, Lily is a sober and clearheaded person who enjoys sharing space with folks seeking to live a sober life. When Lily is not performing with Hey Bub, you can find her hiking, biking or hugging trees :) Nature connection and connecting with people in nature has also contributed positively to Lily's recovery. Lily hopes to create and share Genuine Joy with people seeking to find a Personal Medicine Coach.
