I was first introduced to the mental health field after a couple of close family members experienced mental breakdowns. I was impressed by the services they received and saw firsthand how it improved their lives. It inspired me to help others who were struggling with their own mental illness, and I have been working in this field for almost a decade now. Since being introduced to Personal Medicine I have come to see how powerful it can be in helping people not only endure but thrive through their challenges. I love how it truly is driven by the individual and how it strengthens them by helping them discover their healer within.
