Hello everyone, my name is Rick Samuels.I have been employed with Step by Step Inc for a few months.  I was hired as a  Residential Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor II Forensic, for the LTSR program. I have a bachelor degree in criminal justice and also a master's degree with two concentrations pertaining to security.  Being a CPMC allows me to assist an individual to empower themselves in their life journey to become a productive member of their community. I look forward to assisting these individuals for the betterment of their future.
