My is Bob Keitzer. I am an Air Force veteran with 7 1/2 years of service. I work at On Our Own of Roanoke Valley as a Peer Recovery Specialist. I am a rookie at this new job. I have not completed my first year. I have no previous job experience in the mental health field. All of my mental health experiences come from personal experiences.

I became a Certified Personal Medicine Coach in order to have as many tools to support people in their journey with mental illness.
